Head Coach

With a double degree in Media and Business, Natasha has built and sold three successful e-commerce companies, proving first-hand what it takes to create and scale profitable businesses. She is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Head Sales Coach at She Sells, where she mentors women to unlock their potential in both mindset and money.

Once stuck on government benefits and battling self-doubt, Natasha transformed her reality by rewiring her mindset, rising to become one of the top closers in the industry. Today, she combines her expertise in sales, mindset, and manifestation to help women break free from limiting beliefs, step into their power, and create lives beyond what they ever thought possible.

If anyone’s going to teach you about mindset, manifestation, and making more money in sales... it's her.

Ally 

Coach

With a background in nursing and a deep understanding of the challenges women face juggling careers, families, and personal dreams, Ally brings both empathy and authority to her role as a She Sells Coach. As a mum of three, she knows first-hand the exhaustion of carrying the mental load while craving more freedom and balance.

Since day one at She Sells, Ally has been at the heart of the community, witnessing thousands of women transform their lives through sales and personal growth. Her own journey from nursing to remote sales gave her the freedom to be present with her family while building a career she loves, an experience she now helps other women create for themselves.

What Ally loves most about coaching is seeing women evolve beyond just learning sales skills. She’s passionate about guiding clients to uncover their confidence, challenge limiting beliefs, and experience personal transformation that ripples into every area of life.



Georgia

Before discovering remote closing, Georgia came from a fast-paced, high-pressure corporate background as an executive at Crown, one of Australia’s leading casinos. Working in such a male-dominated industry shaped her resilience, sharpened her communication, and honed her leadership under pressure. It was here she developed the courage and directness she now brings to every coaching conversation.

As a coach, Georgia is known for her honest, empowering, and no-fluff feedback style. She has a gift for seeing the potential in women and holding them to a higher standard with compassion but also with strength. For her, being part of a women’s community like She Sells is more than a role, it’s an honour: a chance to shift from the hustle-driven corporate grind into a space where passion, leadership, and motherhood can beautifully coexist.

When Georgia became a mum, she felt uncertain about where to channel her drive and leadership skills. She found her answer in She Sells, proving to herself and others that it’s possible to thrive in sales, leadership, and personal growth while working part-time and raising her daughter.

Jerica

Before finding her home at She Sells, Jerica worked across a variety of roles, from 9-5’s like dental technician to small business owner, as well as multiple sales positions in industries spanning tech, finance, home renovations, and marketing. But despite the variety, nothing ever felt truly aligned. She often felt stuck in jobs that didn’t reflect her passion or potential.

Her turning point came when she discovered the power of sales as more than just a career path, but as a way to build freedom, confidence, and most importantly… alignment. That shift lit a fire in her to help other women experience the same transformation. As a coach, Jerica is known for her love of psychology and her ability to use tonality and energy to create impact. She has a gift for helping women move past fear and self-doubt, uncover their value, and bring a new level of confidence into their sales and their lives. For her, coaching isn’t just about skills; it’s about creating inner shifts that lead to lasting freedom.
